Remembering 9/11

It's a little weird that I'm raising a child who will never know a world before 9/11 happened. That that day is now a part of the American History she will one day be learning in school. That something that impacted my world so much will be a blip in history to her.

Unless we do our jobs well as parents and make sure she knows and understands the importance of that day. And we will definitely strive to do that.

Please remember today not only those who lost their lives on 9/11 or whose lives were forever changed that day, but continue to keep in mind and prayer our service men and women who volunteer to serve us and our country. They deserve our love, support and prayers for doing a job most of us wouldn't want to do.
